Q: How do I check the status of my order?

A: The packaged goods will be shipped as soon as possible! As soon as the order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email which may or may not contain a tracking number. If it does not contain a tracking number feel free to contact us with your order number and in most cases we will be able to provide one.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: We ship products from the USA, Europe and Asia. The shipping time varies between each product and shipping destination. We try to provide our best shipping estimate on each products page, so that would be the best place to find shipping estimates.

Q: Do you ship Internationally?

A: Yes! For most products we provide worldwide shipping!

Q: Is your website secure with my personal information?

A: Definitely! You’ll notice the use of SSL security on our site to ensure all of your personal information is encrypted. Your Credit Card information is not saved by our website, it is either processed through PayPal or Stripe depending on how you decide to checkout.

Q: How do I order on your website?

A: Once you find a product you’re interested in, simply click the “Add to Cart” button. Fill in your shipping and billing information and we’ll have your order shipped out to you as soon as possible!

Q: What is your Refund Policy?

Please visit our Refund Policy page for more specifics, but in general we will refund any products that arrive damaged and we will resend products if there has been a mix-up on our end. Currently we do accept returns for products that arrive in good condition.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

Yes you can cancel your order, but you must make a request in less than 24 hours after the order is made. After 24 hours we cannot guarantee cancellations

Q: Where are your products made?

It depends on the product, but most of them are made in China. We are careful to only sell high-quality products with low prices.

Q: What do I do if my question is not answered here?
