Our policy lasts 14 days after the products delivery, or 60 days after the order has been placed for products that were never delivered. If you haven’t contacted us with 14 days of the products delivery or 60 days after placing an order for products that were never delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
YOU MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION WHEN YOU CONTACT US FOR REPLACEMENTS OR REFUNDS:
- Order number
- Proof of purchase
- Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)
- Complete delivery address
- Contact telephone number
An item is only eligible for a replacement or refund if:
- It was lost in transit,
- It arrived damaged or broken, or
- The wrong item was shipped.
See the sections below corresponding to the 3 cases of eligibility for details on each one.
1. Item was lost in transit:
For items lost in transit, customers may decide if they want a refund or an identical replacement item shipped (if available).
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, ‘A Quirky Kitchen’ will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information (if available), and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
We do not offer refunds for items that don’t arrive by the estimated delivery date, this date is only an estimate and not a guarantee.
2. Item arrived damaged or broken.
Upon the receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
The customer will be required to send a photo or video of the faulty product, as well as the other 4 pieces of information listed above.
3. The wrong item was shipped
If the wrong item was shipped, the customer may decide between having the correct item shipped or being fully refunded.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
If you would like to cancel your order you have 24 hours after placing your order to do so. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or message us at our contact page immediately. If 24 hours have passed then we are likely unable to cancel your order.
Your refund for a cancelled order will take 2-5 working days depending on your payment method. Paypal is instant whereas credit card/debit card buyers may have to wait a little longer.
